Cast

Though I use our full names on my blog, I generally don’t use other people’s names without their permission unless it’s for a prayer request.  A few friends or family members’ blog names are basically their nicknames, but they’re also pretty common names.  It may help to have a list of Recurring Characters to help you out….

Brian – my sweet husband

B3 – Our oldest son.  5 years old and full of energy, exploring the world!

Turtle – our infant foster son.  Go ahead and squeeze the cheeks.  He’ll let you.

Mama – pretty self-explanatory.  Her cohort is Daddy.  Who could have guessed? Brian’s parents are usually referred to as “Brian’s Parents”.  Rocket science, ya’ll.

Little Bro – my younger brother

Sweet Lizzy – my brother’s wife, my sister-in-law, and my partner in this crazy baby-raising.

The Amazing JBF – Brian’s oldest younger sister, and my sister-in-law.  She’s my sounding board, my reassurance, my sister in every possible way but one.

UncleCop- The Amazing JBF’s husband, and our brother-in-law

Monkey Girl – their daughter and our first niece. Spunky, funny, and smart.

Nurse Baileys – Brian’s youngest younger sister, and my sister-in-law, and the only medical personnel I really need.  I love her heart and the work she does with it.

The Bum and The Ya-Ya Princess – my best friends.  They have the other 2/3 of my brain.

The Godson – The Bum’s son.  He’s my Godson — could you tell?

Cousin Mike – The Bum’s husband , who is also Brian’s cousin.  Sometimes called Mack.

Sweet Sister Sarah – my oldest friend, who is like the sister I always wanted

VA  – dear friend from high school that I usually get up to no good with
